However, when you've used up all profiles "starting a new journey" once they've all been used up with saves, you are not given the option to start again or overwrite a save.
Either I missed something or your question is a dead end. you can start a new game, just overwrite the save slot. I think there are 5 usable slots. how did you manage to use all of them to the point of deletion?
